On 3 and 4 June, Vanture ESS and knowmad mood took part in the latest edition of the AUSAPE Forum, the leading gathering for the SAP community in Spain. The event, held at the Palacio de Congresos in Santiago de Compostela, brought together more than 1,200 professionals to share experiences, learn about new trends and analyse the challenges shaping the evolution of SAP environments.
As well as participating as sponsors, we had a joint stand which allowed us to talk to clients, partners and attendees about some of the priorities currently facing organisations: systems integration, data management, process automation and the impact of technologies such as artificial intelligence in the business world.
During the conference, we took part in several presentations aimed at technology and business leaders, where we shared experiences and projects developed in collaboration with our clients.
One of the sessions focused on an international project carried out in collaboration with Grupo SIFU. In it, we demonstrated how incorporating new companies into the corporate ERP system from the initial stages of the integration process enables organisations to work with standardised data from the outset, facilitates decision-making and creates a solid foundation for future analytics and artificial intelligence projects.
The session sparked an interesting exchange of experiences amongst attendees, particularly regarding the challenges involved in supporting an organisation’s growth whilst maintaining consistency in processes and data on an international scale.
Another presentation was dedicated to the integration between SAP and Atlassian, an area of growing interest in many organisations.
Using practical examples, we demonstrated how the connection between the two platforms simplifies the management of projects, incidents, costs and other key business processes. The integration helps to reduce manual tasks, avoid duplication and improve the flow of information between teams that typically work with different tools.
Beyond the technological aspect, the session highlighted the importance of connecting processes and people to achieve more efficient management and greater visibility of information.
In addition to the presentations, the AUSAPE Forum once again provided an opportunity to exchange views with clients, partners and professionals from the SAP ecosystem. The discussions held during the event helped to identify some of the key concerns facing organisations, particularly in areas relating to data quality, systems integration, the adoption of new technologies and the need for reliable information to support decision-making.
This year’s event once again confirmed AUSAPE’s role as one of the main meeting places for the SAP community, fostering the exchange of experiences and the sharing of real-world case studies that help companies tackle their technological challenges with a more practical and hands-on approach.
Vanture ESS and knowmad mood would like to thank all those who visited our stand and took part in the sessions. We will continue to work to support organisations in the evolution of their SAP environments and in the integration of solutions that enable them to respond to the challenges of an increasingly demanding environment.
